BODA operates from a 20,000+ m² manufacturing site with areas for production, filling, packaging, inspection and storage. The factory has more than 18 production and packaging lines for powder, liquid and cream products.

Production takes place in Class 300,000 dust-free workshops in accordance with ISO 22716 cosmetic GMP requirements. The facility is ISO 22716 certified and includes areas for laboratory work, finished-product inspection and order preparation.

As a hair bleach powder supplier, BODA coordinates formula specifications, production scheduling, packaging and inspection for commercial orders. Bleach powder production capacity is up to 20 metric tons per day, depending on the confirmed formula, packaging format and production schedule.
