Guangdong Boda Cosmetics Co., Ltd. is a hair care manufacturer in Yingde, Guangdong, China. We produce hair bleach powder, hair color and hair care products for brands, distributors and retailers.
We manufacture products under customers’ labels and sell our own branded ranges.
BODA began in 2006 as a formulation and raw material business serving the hair industry. Manufacturing followed as the business grew. Guangdong Boda Cosmetics Co., Ltd. was established in 2019.
The business supplied raw materials and provided formulation development and technical support for hair products.
Development work focused on hair bleach powder formulations and processing performance.
The business invested in automated production equipment, laboratories and quality management as it moved into manufacturing.
Guangdong Boda Cosmetics Co., Ltd. was established, with a manufacturing base in Guangdong.
The company expanded its overseas customer base and added products to its range.
Services expanded to include packaging design, brand development and marketing materials.
Our factory is in Yingde, Qingyuan, Guangdong. It has automated production equipment, filling systems and vacuum emulsification equipment, as well as a dedicated hair bleach powder production center.

BODA holds a Cosmetics Manufacturing License issued by the Guangdong Medical Products Administration. Our management systems are certified to ISO 22716 and ISO 14001:2015, with additional SGS certification against the US FDA CFSAN Cosmetic GMP Guidelines (2008).
Guangdong Boda Cosmetics Co., Ltd. holds Cosmetics Manufacturing License No. 粤妆20210125, issued by the Guangdong Medical Products Administration. The license covers the specified categories of liquid, cream, lotion and powder cosmetics.
Our manufacturing management system is certified by SGS to ISO 22716, the Good Manufacturing Practices standard for cosmetics. The certificate specifies the manufacturing activities covered.
SGS has also certified our management system against the US FDA CFSAN Cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practice Guidelines (2008).
Our environmental management system is certified to ISO 14001:2015 for the production activities listed on the certificate.
